24x Group Training

Build your everyday movements through functional fitness and a power program that will leave you feeling ready for anything. Barbells, Kettlebells, Ski Ergs, Tires, Slam balls… and of course body weight. Heavy or light- lift in confidence with great coaching and build strength safely to prevent injuries in everyday life!

Mornings: Mon-Fri. - 6:30AM & 11:30AM
Evenings: Mon-Thurs. - 5:30PM
Pelham
Mornings: Mon-Fri. - 5:AM, 6:AM, 9:AM
Afternoon/Evenings: Mon-Fri. - 12:PM, 5:PM and 6:PM
Saturday Mornings: 8:AM

LOGIC

Improve endurance and stamina through functional movements and build relative strength. Bike, Rowers, Bands, TRX and of course body weight are only some of the equipment we use to build cardiovascular fitness and strength.

Our USA Swimming certified coaches provide instruction designed to improve technique, fitness, and performance for individuals 18 and older. Streamline & Sprint – Amphibious strength and conditioning design for sport specific performance.
